It was definitely the best thing that we could have done. We went in with multiple questions and they we willing to answer them all, something that the other place was not able to do. They even made sure that we had asked all our questions and made sure we got a sample of the carpet we ultimately picked. The service we received from everyone was our excellent. The install team was excellent. Very friendly and they made sure we were totally satisfied with the work before they left. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Carpet Carousel. "I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. He kept in touch the entire time, providing updates regularly. I never doubted that things were going well and according to plan. He had a team of two additional guys and they were also very pleasant and very hard working. And the work that was done was unbelievable quality. It looks so beautiful - a complete transformation of the home! In addition to the flooring, we paid Mike to install new 6 inch baseboards, which was a great addition. I would recommend Mike and Universal Flooring to anyone who is considering new hardwood floors or any flooring work for that matter. We will certainly use him again in the future if ever needed. He was extremely responsive, and I appreciated his honest feedback (even though his suggestions did not include selling us anything.) "I have used this company twice to do my carpets and was amazed at how they can get the carpets so clean. I had stains from 5 plus years ago that are now gone. Carpet is 20 years old and looks amazing. Craig did my carpets this time on 12-4-17 and did an awesome job. Very friendly and personable. For the price paid its definitely worth the money. "I called 4 different places to get estimates on my 2 bedrooms in my condo. I needed both bedrooms to get new pad and carpet. I ripped up the old pad and old carpet myself and left the tack strips in place. The estimates came in around $1150 - $1700. Then wholesale came out and blew the other estimates away. $785! Naturally their low price had me a little skeptical but, the carpet they installed and the quality of the work was awesome. From their carpet salesman that came out to measure/quote to the subs that came out to install were all very professional and worked quick and the final product was just excellent. I'm extremely pleased with the results and will not go anywhere else in the future. A+ work. <br />"
