"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "The flooring in my diner was cracked in spots and needed replacing. Tim came out to check out the job and give me and estimate. It was a very fair price. The old flooring was torn up and the surface was prepped and leveled. The epoxy coating was applied. The removal and application were both completed in a neat and timely fashion. Time was of the essence as every day I was closed was lost sales. The crew worked long hours to finish as quickly as possible. I am very happy with the result and would definitely use Concrete Concepts and Design again. Tim is actually coming out to see what he can do to repair the concrete deck around my pool.
