"I interviewed 3+ contractors for these projects and SemBro, by far, had the most professional, comprehensive proposal of all of the prospective contractors. Some of the key distinguishing factors were: SemBro listened to me as I explained my vision for each space; Their proposal was laid out in an easy to understand manner so I knew how much each aspect of project would cost and what each party's responsibilities would be; SemBro has staff to perform all aspects of the project (some contractors I talked to didn't handle room painting, for instance.) Clearly, they wanted me to be satisfied with every detail. The renovations are now complete and I'm able to move into my new (old), beautiful home. I was fortunate enough to be able to rent living space while SemBro did the renovations. I would use SemBro again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend them."

"By far the best house cleaning we have ever paid for! We have used multiple companies and individuals, but nothing compared to the work they did for us. Every little detail was covered. They laid on top of the laundry machines and cleaned all the lint behind the machines. Sanitized the toilet plungers and stood on sinks to detail the light fixtures. The kitchen was spotless after they cleaned the stove inside and out by hand, spot cleaned walls and cabinets, and did more than a surface sweeping of the floors. The beds were made so nicely, and my kids got a kick out of the fancy shapes they put their blankies in on the ends of the bed. We will definitely have them back each month. "We had two skylights that were leaking in heavy rain conditions in spite of minor repairs. Gary Brand of G.A. Brand Renovations inspected them, recommended replacement with new units, and gave us a free estimate for the replacement. He identified some modern energy efficient skylights and we contracted to have him do the replacement. He removed the old skylights, rebuilt the roof opening, installed the skylights, installed the flashing and shingles, and sealed everything. No more leaks. He then trimmed out the interior opening, stained the trim to match existing trim, and installed remotely-operated, solar-powered shades. It was a top-notch job.
