"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"We had a second story bedroom with a sloping floor. Mike replied quickly to my request for a quote and started the job soon afterwards. The subfloor needed replacing and joists leveled, so it was a big job. His friendly crew did a great job and fixed other issues they found. Mike made sure we were satisfied with the work. "The young men came in first day and got right to work on removing the old insulation and then sealed and did the work that needed to be done before the actual install. The second day got right to work installing insulation. Good workers, very professional, answering questions, and cleaned up after job was completed.
