They did such a good job, I was thrilled to hire them right away to build a new retaining wall in my 100-year old house basement. They worked within the timeframe I needed them to, as I also was working with another company to replace my furnace. The wall came out better than I could have imagined! When I had some leakage problems with my sprinkler system, they came and worked on that, as well as replaced an old valve. They went above and beyond on my multiple projects. "TNT used subcontractors who did a fine job but were not licensed in my city. Inspector put a stop work on the job. Took almost a week to resume work due to the city and lack of communication between TNT and the subcontractor. Yesterday's re-inspection says we need a handrail on the deck. I have texted TNT and not heard back yet. Tad is a bit slow to respond when things go wrong. He takes a day or two to text but doesn't often call back. I would like to hear back on the same day or at least by the next day. The salesman said it would be a 3 day job. So far it's been 2 weeks. I'm hoping they install the rail and get it inspected and finished this week. That will be 3 weeks."

He is an extremely hard worker and did a fantastic job on our brick paver patio, laying it out in exactly the design I wanted.
