"We have a home warranty, so we only have to pay the deductible for the home warranty and they cover the rest of the cost. The deductible is $50. But that is just for regular work, I guess we do have to pay them for the maintenance service. We trust them to do the work; they have been out here several times. They do a good job. My work schedule is hectic but they worked with my schedule and had it installed on my day off. I did not see very many reviews for this company but please dont let that deter you from using them. "used $49 coupon and found out water heater needed some parts. I feel the parts and labor were high.  Work was done while my wife was at home and she didn't know much about what they were recommending. They did explain by phone to me before hand. Also, I got no detailed report on the multi part inspection that supposedly came with my heater flush. My receipt simply said "repair heater" next to the $340 charge.  I definitely wouldn't use again.
