"Better than I could have imagined! In January 2023, I decided to open up my living/dining room area by doing a remodel in Seaford DE. This consisted of removing two walls to open up the space. After receiving a couple of quotes, I selected Callaway Corp as the price was incredibly reasonable and their designer/project coordinator, Katherine, helped me envision what it could look like (including paint colors, flooring, lighting, electrical, and more). What used to be a dark and dingy area is now bright and cheerful and my guests no longer walk into a “tube” from the front door. It is completely open and I have so much more room. During the process, the crews discovered some foundation issues and some water damage, of which was expertly fixed. The entire project was complete on time and on budget. "That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. "I could only afford the front gutter because I was having problems. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."
