As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. And I cannot say enough good things about their project managers, particularly Fabio. He was thoughtful, patient, understanding and always cleaned up after the contractors. The sub-contractors were not always on top of their game, however, Skydell (Richard) always followed-up and rectified all the issues we had by utilizing their internal people.
