"Loved the presentation but the Sales person Rich, however they NEVER checked the AC unit to see if it were repairable. He never identified the problem but only wanted to sell us a NEW AC unit. We didnt tell him anything as we wanted to see what he found with our unit. My husband is in construction so we knew what was wrong.
