"Peter does amazing work and is extremely meticulous. In a previous condo, he put in new windows and a second bathroom that added a much needed space. We decided to buy a major fixer upper and knew Peter would transform this unheated cottage into a showpiece. He gave us excellent suggestions for the renovations and we are so pleased with the results. We’ve already recommended him to several friends and they too have raved about his craftsmanship. "It went very well. We needed to add safefty bars and a seat for our aging loved one so we decided to do a full bathroom remodel. Niko and his team were great. Price was reasonable and competitive to other quotes we had before starting. The majority of the job was done by Niko and Rick. Anthony assisted on the demo and Tio in the final touches (last day). Rick was there promptly each morning. Niko stayed late each day. They both work very well together. They give explanations and advice in what their doing to educate us while honoring our creative wishes. They value quality work instead of rushing the job. Niko makes sure he is there on site as well is respectful of our home and truly both nice contractors. It ran a little longer than planned; it happens in renovations. However, it was well worth it . It went great!!   For the estimate they worked around my schedule.  I knew how I wanted the deck to look but that was it. Lew was great in helping me decide all the details. The work was done in a few days and all the workers were very polite and helpful  with any questions I had along the way. I now have a gorgeous deck from the back of my house with new sliding doors up to my pool that has a locking gate for the safety of my children. They did a fantastic job!!
