Dean Awnings use a high quality national manufacturer for the mechanical equipment and fabric from a nationally known high quality fabric manufacturer. The name brand awnings advertised on TV or sold by the discount big box stores while cheaper do not compare in value/quality to Dean's. Customer service was outstanding, from Phil in sales, Danielle in scheduling and the two gentlemen who installed the awning. I could not have been more pleased."

"He was good but, following instructions, he wasn't so good. He didn't complete all the tasks that I wanted done. I felt like he was only going to do one thing because, I wasn't wanting to pay him more. I knew what needed to be done but, not how it needed to be done. I specifically asked him if he knew how to put the screens in those screens, they were kits. His intention was to do one job. You cut screen, put the rubber in, put the frame together and then stretch it. It's not hard. I just wanted him to put two screens together and put them in two windows. I have no screens. He didn't have a measuring tape. He knows his craft, just finds a way to get out of it. He was early and on time. I thought the price was reasonable and he had it done in an hour. I had everything that he needed. He knows his stuff. I don't care how you do it, just do it."
