Their price was fair (in the middle) of other estimates I got and the work was excellent. The work was done (about 75 feet of vinyl privacy fence) in half a day. There were several factors I was concerned about the installation as the area contained a very old fence and some overgrown uneven land, but the crew handled it easily and professionally removing all the debris the same day. I was very pleased with the result and would recommend this company to others."

"Mike and his team did a fantastic job. From the initial estimate to the demo and installation, everything went like clockwork. Mike's glass and tile guys were courteous, careful, neat and professional. All of the shower glass, marble bench seat and marble accent pieces were salvaged and reused which minimized the cost. The finished shower looks as good as new and the shower pan is an improvement as Mike used the schluter system which adds a layer of protection that makes it watertight. I've used Top Hammer for jobs big and small and there is no one I trust more. Thank you Mike for another job well done!"

"The job went great! In the two pre-contract site visits, we talked with Dave about the best way to install the fence, and we felt that he would be the most involved, and the he had the best sense as to what we wanted. The job took 2 1/2 days. We were amazed at how quickly they dug up the posts for the old fence, and cleared the concrete, and also how quickly they installed the new fence. There were a lot of tree roots along the area with the fencing, and they were very careful to hand dig everything, and to make the fence section a bit shorter if needed to avoid a root. In addition, they did a superb job attaching the bamboo, which took longer than the actual fence installation, and we discussed the best way to attach it and the best way for it to look. Dave and his brother were there for the beginning of the job. His brother was there for the pole digging (which was deep and had concrete down for two feet). In addition, we were most impressed by Manuel, who was the foreman for the job. He was both knowledgeable and creative. He and his team left the job broom clean each day, and they neatly stacked the extra bamboo where we wanted it. We were very impressed by the professionalism and workmanship, as well as the final product. We would strongly recommend Dave for your fencing needs."

"The pet enclosure is adequate (not beautiful), but it serves the purpose of keeping my pets safe while allowing them to enjoy being outside. The doors are just what I wanted,and the roof repairs are fine. <br /> The problems arose with the driveway. The concrete is rough, and now there is a hairline crack from one side to the other. The workers did a lot of damage to my lawn by getting concrete dust all over it, and they burned sections of grass by leaving their tools on the lawn in the hot sun. <br /> I have a brick wall around my lawn, and the bricks are covered with concrete. I tried to clean the bricks, but I was unable to get the concrete off. I called Hector about the lawn and the bricks. He came to my house to assess the damage, and he promised to return with some sod to repair the grass. He also said he would send someone to clean the concrete off of the bricks. It has been almost a month, and I have not heard from him. <br /> I had high hopes for this company. I even recommended them to some of my friends. I found that Hector was very responsive before I paid him, but now that there are issues that need to be corrected he is no where to be found. I actually have other projects to be done, but I will certainly look for someone else to do them. <br />"

They removed the cylinder to my door lock, leaving everything else in tact, and did this all very quickly. They were great to deal with!
