"We just had our hardwood floors refinished by Revive & Restore. They did an absolutely fabulous job! We have an unusual hardwood called Lyptus (a type of eucalyptus tree) thourghout most of our main level, about 1000 sqft. The wood is very dense and looks a lot like Brazilian teak. We wanted it refinished as it had a very orange red stain on it. They sanded it and it looked really good but we found that there was a lot of pink in the wood. We didn't want to go from orange to pink so they bleached the wood and it lightened it enough that the pink was gone. After some testing they came up with the most beautiful stain color that transformed our floors into this glorious light honey color. It is exactly what we wanted! I have seldom been as impressed with contractors as I am with them. Paul and Jolene, thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness and for getting it done right! We are going to use them for our steps next and recommend them highly!"

"They nailed through the top of the middle planks and the last 3 rows at each wall. They used light color puddy on nail holes. The floor is a dark color. They did not ensure the floor was level. They only used 2 nails per shoe molding strip and most nails were not long enough. The transition strips were incorrectly installed. They should have added a tongue strip so the transition would fit. Ours sticks up and is not solid."
