"Called Apex after receiving several competing bids. All companies contacted were professional, informative, and recognized players in the foundation biz. Will in particular struck two cords that were important. Cost & time frame to completion. The price was competetive but they were able to schedule and complete the work in less than two weeks. "We had talked to like three different companies. This was in Florida and it was about a month ago and it hit national news about the sink hole and the houses went under. And then just a couple of weeks ago, two more houses went into the sink hole. That property is two miles from the house I used to own. Half of Florida is a big sink hole. They had figured out some structural integrity problems and in order to sell my house I had to have $30,000 of work done. They put piles down into bedrock. They didn't do the whole house, but they did it for half the house and it cost me $30,000, but they just did an outstanding job. Even the houses that had went down in the sink hole, they had had structural repair work done within the last two to four years. It didn't make a darn bit of difference; the houses still went under. At least these guys got mine to where I was able to sell the house. They came out and estimated what they felt would fit the specs that the engineers had given, what would be required, and then we hired them to do the work. Actually I signed a letter. They gave us an estimate and actually the final bill came in about close to what the estimate was. I had looked at their reviews on Angie's List and Better Business Bureau and they were right there at the top. They said what it was gonna cost, and that's what it cost. We chose them because of outstanding reviews, the integrity of the person who sat down with us and explained what was gonna happen."

"Everything went according to plan. The steps are now level. The team is very competent and have alot of experience. Mr. Pair is an expert in his field and went to great lengths to ensure that no water or sewer lines would be in the area where the work needed to be done. I was really impressed with this company. Mr. Pair's 2 sons do alot of this work and are also very knowledgeable. My project was small compared to the huge foundation issues that they deal with, both residentially and commercially. "First time remodeling in our house, so didn't know what to expect. Everyone was very professional, punctual and always made sure I was updated with progress. We had a pretty significant leak from the shower, to the point where it rotted some wood in the floor. Adam and his dad and brother, pinpointed the leak and fixed it. We had a vanity made by my father in law and it wasn't quite done when it needed to be. Adam said no problem. The tile work in the shower turned out beautiful. The floor went from linoleum to tile and is equally as gorgeous. I am jealous we did the kids bathroom first! We had an issue with a different type of leak near the completion of the project, but Adam and his dad assured us it was not the same as the previous leak and kept trouble shooting until it was resolved. And we haven't had any leaks since! Then, after our cold December, I noticed some of the grout cracking. I called Adam and he came out to assess it within in days. He fixed it and made sure to let me know if we had any other issues we can call. Was so impressed that he made time for us when it had been 2-3 months since the job was finished and I'm quite sure they are busy. Will definitely be using them we we do the master bathroom!"
