"They did a really great job! I had a patch that had been done years ago that needed repairing. At their suggestion, we replaced 8' of the flooring in the hallway with new flooring. The repair looks really great and feels very solid. Overall extremely pleased with the work they did, the communication and the price. Definitely recommend The Floor Sanders."

"I was not happy with the results of the hardwood floor refinish. I paid $1,500 to get my floors done, and ended up with a mess. The issues I found were that the entire floor has imperfections in the finish - I wanted a satin finish, but was pushed to get a semi gloss that I was not happy with and nothing was corrected because I had paid. He said he would come back but also would charge me instead of standing behind his work. I have attached some pictures. Other issues were that the poly was applied so heavy that I had dry puddles on the floor. I had other quotes for $800, but Kevin's quote included the baseboard install and I wanted it all done."
