I called Ben's Appliance office, discussed the oven symptoms, gave them the model number JGSP28SEK4SS & scheduled the repair. The office person was very pleasant & helpful discussing the problem & scheduling the repair. Ben came about 15 min early, was very pleasant & answered all my questions in detail. He came with the correct parts & performed the repair in approx 30 minutes. The oven ignitor part costs $123. Labor was $178. Total cost of repair was $301. I asked him to look at one of the stove-top burners that was not consistently lighting. He cleaned the corroded ignitor & it lights consistently now. Cleaning the corroded ignitor was no charge."
