"Bob is a consummate professional with high work standards, great ideas, and tons of experience with just about any kind of build or repair job. He gets the job done right, and explains each step of the way- along with his reasoning and price options. He’s not the cheapest handyman, but you’ll find you are quite happy to pay slightly higher prices because you understand that he is dedicated to a quality project outcome, no matter the size of the job. We’ve had Bob help us with installing insulated ductwork through our attic to outside from 2 bathroom exhaust fans, install a sliding shower door, and install an attic exhaust vent through a side wall, and repair extensive rot on 3 bedroom window sills and connected rot repair under exterior wood siding. We are hiring him again!"

"I had a through-the-wall air conditioner that needed to be replaced. Tom was responsive and was able to visit the property in a timely manner. He identified and purchased a suitable replacement unit, which was very convenient as I was far away from the property and could not do it myself. There were some challenges with the installation (we needed an electrical outlet modification and the first AC unit delivered was defective and needed to be returned) but Tom and his employee were professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would use them again in the future."

"My a/c compressor was no good and had the old r 22 refrigerant, because of the refrigerant I had to replace both indoor and outdoor units. I got a few quotes, not only did they give me the best price they answered any questions or concerns in a way I could understand. Showed up and finished on time."

"This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a business. The owner is knowledgeable and he clearly cares about the work he does. If you’re thinking about hiring this person, do it. You will not regret it."

"Bertie was responsive to our initial request for a quote. He came out, gave his honest opinion of the job, quoted a fair price, and was available within a week. He was on time for the job itself and did a great job giving us smooth walls and ceilings again. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again."

"Mr. Sweeney installed an outlet in the house and also an electrical vehicle charger. He was very informative about the work he was doing and was very friendly. I’d recommend him for any work you may need. Hard worker and very driven."

"I contacted Mulligan Painting based off reviews here and local word of mouth. They returned the call within a few hours. Came out for a quote at the time I was available and from that moment on I knew I made the right choice. Gerry (the owner) was polite, knowledgeable and very patient. I had lots of questions and concerns because of the age of the shingles and the previous materials used. He answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. The job started within a week or so once I decided on a color ( thanks to some great suggestions by Gerry). His team arrived on time and I honestly can’t say enough about ALL of them. The precautions they took draping my landscape, fences and anything that might be in their way was impressive. They were all beyond polite and helpful and got right to work. I didn’t once see a worker sitting, Texting/talking on their phones or taking advantage of the many seating areas we have in our yard. They worked hard -through some very hot days- and they take their job very serious. Kyle was the contact guy on the job and he is meticulous! Simple things like matching up the correct size to shingles that needed to be replaced to replacing slats on eve windows that I didn’t even know were a thing. They even cleaned and checked the gutters-something I would’ve had to hire another company to do had they not taken care of it-without even asking!!! Once they were done with the house they were able to restain the deck for us. Any loose paint was cleared away without a trace and done so methodically that I was able to walk out on the deck as soon as the van was packed up. I honestly can’t find a single negative thing to comment about. Clean, Polite, Affordable and just all around great bunch of workers. Feeling safe with and being able to trust unknown contractors in and around your home, and no surprise/hidden costs is something I put the highest value on. Gerry, Kyle and his team exceeded my expectations. My house looks beautiful! Highly recommend this company"

"Installed double therma tru fiberglass front doors. Arrived when they said, had the old doors out quick and went to work on the new doors. Hit a snag when the new doors were slightly wider than the opening, but the knew exactly what to do. Doors and new trim look amazing. I need to paint everything, but will post a picture unpainted for now. The best part is that I purchased the 8 hr special for $299. They sent two guys for 4 hours and they finished everything within the timeframe (we even had a lowes trip in there to get a few extra items). I had quotes to do the install anywhere from $1600-$3000 from other places. So thrilled I found these guys on Angie's list! Will definitely use again!"

"we hired Daddy and junior the third time. this time to finish our sunroom renovation. the job was done excellent again. there was a lot of details needed for the work as we had exposed beams in the ceiling and they did a great job. i will definitely hire them again for my next renovation job."
