They also performed some general carpentry, like planing a door that was scraping the floor, and they repaired some siding that had been displaced by an ice dam during the winter. They did an excellent job, were friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They completed the job in a day and a half. This is the third time we've hired Cromer Remodeling, so you know we've been satisfied with their work."

He didn't remove a pipe from the roof, so water leaked in, soaked the insulation and left a water stain on the ceiling. I would never recommend him to anybody. I really trusted the guy. "My condo association used Mulligan for some much-needed exterior repairs and painting on a three-story, three-unit Victorian home.  The house is large and very high (too high for a 40-foot ladder) and has 6 different colors (two body colors, trim, two accents, and porch ceilings), and the painters were working off of color maps that were created by a historic house color consultant we hired separately.  There is also no yard and very little space between our house and the neighbors (at the back of the house, none at all).  This was not an easy thing to do.  Team Mulligan did an absolutely wonderful job for a competitive price and I would recommend them to anyone.  Our house looks amazing.  
We got a number of bids to have this work done.  Gerry's bid was neither the lowest nor the highest.  Gerry and Kyle were very responsive before and during the work and took the amount of detail we were demanding in stride with no problem.  They were also able to change some plans midstream (due to our own errors) with little extra cost.  The entire crew was always very polite and respectful.  
We worked primarily with Gerry; he and his son Kyle were on-site all day every day of the job, which took two full weeks including a weekend, not including the scaffolding they put up a few days beforehand.  They paid amazing attention to detail, carefully covering our flower beds and making sure no paint chips got on the neighbor's property.  They used our basement as a staging area and left it neater than when they arrived.  They also took the time to do all the needed repairs in a careful, workmanlike manner before priming painting, so we are confident that the work was worth the price and will keep looking good.

We recently wrapped up several projects with them – kitchen and half bath remodel, new flooring, adding new recessed lights, new fireplace hearth and painting all of the first floor and stairwells going up and downstairs. From the beginning, both Marc and Raquel were super responsive, often within minutes and many times well outside of business hours. They listened to what we wanted and Raquel, Marc and their tile guy all offered wonderful suggestions that we did not think of. The initial estimate was accurate and within reason. We wound up going a little over because we needed a new sub-panel installed and decided to go with upgraded countertops. This was not because of any inaccurate forecasting.
