"The whole experience was awesome from start to finish. Sam came out to measure himself and then took care of the rest after we picked out the new carpet and stain color. The installation of the carpet was done over 2 days one week and the hardwood was taken care of the following week. The workers were on time, polite, hardworking and they did such a beautiful job. our home is transformed....... I do want to mention that after the hardwood was done, we noticed a small area that was missed (our living room can lack adequate lighting on cloudy days). We called the next day and they responded immediately and it was taken care of. That is great service. We highly recommend Best Carpet and would gladly use them again if the need arises."

"Selection was excellent and prices were fair. Installation did not go well, and as a result, carpeting had to be replaced. The owner went unbelievably out of his way to make sure the fix was appropriate, including personally supervising the replacement. He felt worse about the problem than we did! Weeks later, he's still apologizing....I no longer answer the phone! To us, the true measure of a quality operation is how problems are solved, and this company is the best.
