"Sebastian Home Improvement has done work for me on five different occasions over the last several years. He has done electrical, plumbing, stucco, drywall, woodwork, and fencing. His attention to detail is incredible. He treats your property like it is his own and is very dependable. He has very fair pricing and has good communication before and during the job. I have recommended him to other friends and they have all been very pleased with his work. I will only use him for any home improvement work. He has my complete confidence. Give him a try and you will not be disappointed."

"We enjoyed working with Charles very much! From our first talks you could see and feel the passion he has for what he does. We talked about what we wanted done, Charles listened and offered his advise. He was right there every time we called him with questions and what nots. Charles and his crew were there on time every day! (That was heaven). He will go with you to help pick out the right product for your job. We were out of town for the most part of this renovation, Charles would stay in constant contact with us talking on the phone, sending pictures, we really appreciated this! We would talk with Charles and tell him of something that we thought of and wanted him to do, (which was not part of the work order), Charles would just smile and say “okay, I can do that”. His patients, understanding and knowledge is amazing! We have also had Charles do a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms of our other condo as well. We love the work that he did, we have fallen in love with our home all over again! I would love to add pictures but it won’t let me, so sad We enjoyed working with Charles very much! "My wife and I are extremely happy with the work that Eddie and his crew did for the kitchen remodel and interior paint of our condo. Very good quality work, professional, timely, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Being new to the remodeling process (as we were), it was a comfort to find that Eddie guided us through the remodeling process, listened to the ideas that we had, and provided us with exactly what we wanted. I had the pleasure to meet Vince also, and are very happy with his quality work and professional attitude. These guys are top notch! We highly recommend Flip Flop Cabinets and Tile Creations!"

"Frank and his assistant Colby arrived promptly on schedule and inquired as to my concerns regarding roof leaks. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. Frank advised me of the expected lifespan remaining in the roof and rather than try to sell me other than what was necessary, he did the repairs for a reasonable price in a timely manner. We have had some significant rain recently and the leaks are gone. Very relieved and pleased."

"Great experience with this company with the remodeling at my property, totally recommended, there were responsible, professional and diligent on timely manner, nothing bad to say, everything was as expected."

"Joe did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel! The experience with him remodeling my bathroom and building a custom shower was great. He went above and beyond. He was very professional and punctual, and very detail oriented from beginning to end of construction. I have, and I will highly recommend Joe Somerville to take care of your remodeling needs! He is sharp as a razor and on point like a needle, and most importantly he is very trustworthy and a man of his word. Thanks again for all of the hard work Joe!"

"I highly recommend Home Improvement of Central Florida for home remodeling projects. My project included removing a load-bearing wall, new kitchen (cabinets, countertops, relocating appliances, lighting & electrical), new bathrooms, new flooring throughout the entire house, enclosing an exterior patio converting it to interior space, interior/exterior painting, and replacing concrete driveway/sidewalks with brick pavers. I could not be happier with the job done! Brian and his crews are polite, trustworthy, professional, and skilled at their craft. Home Improvement of Central Florida will be my first call for any future project."

"Great ! Very friendly and on time for inspection and gave estimate on the spot! Offered in-house financing. Experienced and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell or add on unnecessary things. Recommend highly!"
