"Long story short, I purchased my current West Melbourne home in 2013. I trusted my second realtor after having a very poor experience with the first one while looking at a home in Viera. John from Honor inspected both homes. He advised me that the one in Viera had significant black mold and even remediation services might not take care of the problem. That realtor was telling me to ‘just use a bucket of bleach water and a cloth; it’ll clean it up’. I changed realtors, selected this home, and there were only very minor issues in need of repair.
