"It's nice to work with a business with old school values. Norm, met with me multiple times to walk me through the process. He never tried to upsell me on any of the products or services. I told him that I needed to replace the room to sell the house. He took the time to go around the house and offered me suggestions to improve the appearance and value without breaking the budget. He didn't try to get any money up front to secure my place in the que or any of that. He's all about doing a quality job at a fair price. I would defiantly suggest them to anyone looking for a roof repair."

"Victor's sent Kory Solomon out to address our issue and provide an estimate. He was timely, professional and honest with every point of his examination. The review was thorough. Kory made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. "We had a leak in an upstairs room. Jim Swift came promptly, checked out our 20 year roof and found several places where the underlying boards were rotting. He gave us a quote, and since we had a leak, arranged to start the job the following week. Meanwhile, a couple of his crew came out and put a plastic tarp covering the whole backside of the roof to prevent further ceiling damage. The new roof looks nice and the clean-up was good too."
