"It's nice to work with a business with old school values. Norm, met with me multiple times to walk me through the process. He never tried to upsell me on any of the products or services. I told him that I needed to replace the room to sell the house. He took the time to go around the house and offered me suggestions to improve the appearance and value without breaking the budget.
