"Both projects were quality work! We were very happy with the first project - It's amazing how well they were able to match the wood on the new kitchen island with the existing cabinet color. It looks great and gives us the open-concept we were wanting. Our large addition is the envy of the block! It doesn't look like an addition as many do. Everything matches perfectly. You'd never know the whole house wasn't built all at once. We LOVE the interior which includes a new master bedroom, bath, game room and den. It's beautifully done. Scott and his team are professional, leave the house orderly when they finish for the day and make sure that we have exactly what we want. One of the things I like best is that they are very good about staying in contact. That's super-important to me! Another truly important fact is that Scott doesn't waste our money. He's very good about making sure we get what we want but is always quick to suggest ways that we might be able to save a buck or two. "Jeff Bailey and staff did an excellent job for us. The first positive sign was when he came to give us a quote and took his shoes off at the front door. This may seem trivial, but it is very telling. We have had numerous contractors in on a house remodel and he is one of the few who is both respectful and highly professional. He was very courteous and punctual, as well as fast and thorough. We were in a pinch in finding a contractor to install fixtures and hardware in our master bathroom remodel, and do other various jobs for us such as adjusting length of doors, built-in hardware and rail installment, etc. When there were options on placements, aesthetic choices, etc. Jeff asked, he didn't assume and just go ahead and make the decision. In fact he helped us make better decisions than we would have done on our own. He also noticed an alignment problem on our front door, took the initiative, and fixed it at no extra charge. "<p>The bathroom shower repair was under budget due to the shower door leaking.  They repaired the missing grout in the shower and recaulked the shower door.  They repaired shower adjacent wall and trim.  They removed wall paper, washed the wall, primed and painted the bathroom walls.  They cleaned up after the job was finished. They did an excellent job, they were professional, and they were honest.  I will use them again.</p> <br />"

"Tom came out to do the estimate on time and made an appointment for the following week. He called, as promised the day before the work was to be done and finalized the day of work. The next day he showed up on time again to cut the bottom 16" off my shelves and doors and put the original handles in new locations. When he left, the discarded wood was picked up and the work area was cleaned up as well. I'm very happy with the work and price, and now have a good, dependable handyman/construction company to call on the next time I need anything like this done. <br />"

"I would say they were okay. I wouldn't give them a huge thumb up. The quality at first was not the best but when we asked them to come back and fix it, they did it. It was a little bit of a hassle coordinating it. We expected it to be all built where they could just bring it over and put it together but they ended up painting it and doing a bunch of work in our house which was kind of a pain. We were satisfied with the ultimate end product. I wouldn't say it was outstanding but I would say it was good quality. I possibly will use them in the future."

"My friend and I installed a used telephone pole with a dusk-to-dawn LED fixture in the yard.  We wired the fixture down the pole to a receptacle then trenched to a nearby breaker box. Prior to our install Mike B. of Burnett Electric came out and gave us the information we needed to properly wire and trench.  They did not try to sell only their services or behave as though a homeowner doesn't  know what they are doing.  On 12/15/15 our work was done and it was time for Mike B. to return and connect everything.  He and his helper, Asa, did a very professional job.  Everything is neat, tidy and weatherproof.  From the initial call to the final work it was a pleasure dealing with Burnett. They either answer calls immediately or promptly return a call.  They are knowledgeable and safe; they do not cut corners.  Jim handled the scheduling and each of the two visits were right on time.  All staff  are polite, professional and friendly.  I am so happy to have been referred to Burnett Electric, Inc. and will call them again for electrical work.  I highly recommend this quality company. <br />"
