"After I requested for a quote on Angi's, Josh (the owner) called me right away and sent the estimates by email. He was very prompt in replying to all my email inquires which was really great.. The estimate I received was very reasonable. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The guys who came to do the work (Tony and Jack) were both amazing.. very professional and courteous, they worked meticulously and did a thorough job, explaining what needed to be done and even offered advise on location of some of the new recess lights (which was extremely helpful). Don came out to do the in-home assessment and was very thorough in explaining the capability and function of different units, as well as the installation process. Once we settled on an 11kw unit, he and his team took care of everything from then on. We did have to postpone the installation by a couple of days due to heavy rain and thunderstorms, but on the day of the installation the crew was courteous, efficient, and left the work area tidy. "The Electrician was very good, didn't install the replacement fan as he indicated that the ceiling in my guest bath would need to come down (a portion of it anyway) and he didn't think the new fan would make a difference in the noise. Said that bathrooms on the 1st level/main level of multi story homes are often noisy due to poor installation and some other issues. <br /> He did fix a plug - and review the electrical panel.  <br /> <br />"
