"This team installed an oil fired boiler last month. I didn't want to give a review until our oil company said it passed their inspection which it did. They came promptly. It took all day to install. They got it working. We did have a hiccup but they came and took care of it. I was nervous to use them but so glad we chose them. Roberto and his team were great. They know their stuff. "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"

"I call this company a guy name Paul picked up and then he send a guy name Raj. The guy told me $400 for the fix and tone up for my steam boiler. Then he didn't even drain the water and clean the boiler. Next day the boiler was flooded and I call them and for next 2 days they kept telling me they are coming and never showed up! So I had to get some other guy to fix the issue. *This company overcharge you and don't do the job properly and leave you hanging*"

I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. His quote was reasonable, not the cheapest option but the last time i went for the cheaper option I got stuck with a plumber who triggered my PTSD.
