"Fidelity Roofing called the same day, scheduled to inspect our roof within the week. (They could have come earlier in the week, but my schedule was the conflict.) He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. "They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "HE SKIPPED TOWN! I hired him for an entire house renovation project because he claimed he could do it. I spent about $60,000 that he claimed the majority was going towards materials and labor. Turns out he was paying very little or nothing at all to his sub contractors, buying the cheapest materials designed to fail in a few months, and now my house is falling apart and he is nowhere to be found. BE WARNED!"
