"I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and the price charged.  I live in a highrise condo and there are procedures to be followed - everything went as planned and on schedule and budget.  Jerry Hubbard (owner) remained at the worksite both days, as both worker and supervisor.  His entire crew of 5 was professional and took great care to not make a mess (they put up plastic to limit the spread of dust, etc.).  They ground down the high spots in the floor so that they would not need as many bags of leveler and thereby saved me money.  Their price was more than competitive and I would not hesitate to use them in the future at all.  The quality was great and they took extra time to advise us on floor care and nuances they had experienced previously with this type of flooring (floating engineered bamboo hardwood).  I got quotes from several companies and talked to several about the technical details, pros/cons of nailing, gluing, floating, etc, and found none more helpful than Hubbard Flooring.

"They did my floor, luxury vinyl. great experience, great crew, very proffesional, fast and did a quality job."

"I required hard wood floor installation but they only install pre-finished re-engineered wood flooring. However, they provided excellent advise on various wood and carpeted floors. If I decided to re-carpet my bedroom, I would provide them the opportunity to bid. Good communication and overall advice."

"I was very pleased with the installation of my new porcelain tiles. The price was very competitive and the installers did an excellent job from prep to installation and even to the cleanup afterwards. I waited a few months to post the review just to see how well the flooring has held up, and there have been zero issues even in high-traffic areas. Highly recommended!"

"Johnny O, at the Allen Floors office is a nice guy and very fair. And Juan who ran our installation project was awesome. He was very responsive to questions and feedback and jumped on any issues we brought up. And his team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. In fact we might add on some additional rooms of hardwood flooring next year, or we may do carpet instead. Either way we'll call Allen Floors."

"Very patient in material selection. honest in communication. Marco presented several materials that were great but not what we needed. but at the end he was able to find the right match for us. He completed the job in less time than he told us. Moved and replaced every furniture where it was. had a very respectful and professional team. we will definitely recommend Marco for any of your flooring nees"

"They did a great job, especially since they installed the floor the two days just before Christmas."

"Chris did an excellent job! We're really pleased with his work installing "Click Lock Waterproof Lux Vinyl Plank Flooring" from Home Depot in our kitchen and small hallway, including two thresholds. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in approximately 4.5 hours. He followed our instructions precisely and even offered valuable advice on completing the job, which we're following diligently. My husband has past experience helping out at Lucky's Floors, so he knows quality work when he sees it. We still have our bathroom to renovate, and we'll definitely be calling Chris back. Thank you, Chris, for your outstanding work!"

"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."
