"I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and the price charged.  I live in a highrise condo and there are procedures to be followed - everything went as planned and on schedule and budget.  Jerry Hubbard (owner) remained at the worksite both days, as both worker and supervisor.  His entire crew of 5 was professional and took great care to not make a mess (they put up plastic to limit the spread of dust, etc.).  They ground down the high spots in the floor so that they would not need as many bags of leveler and thereby saved me money.  Their price was more than competitive and I would not hesitate to use them in the future at all.  The quality was great and they took extra time to advise us on floor care and nuances they had experienced previously with this type of flooring (floating engineered bamboo hardwood).  I got quotes from several companies and talked to several about the technical details, pros/cons of nailing, gluing, floating, etc, and found none more helpful than Hubbard Flooring.

"We recently completed two major bathroom renovations in our master bathrooms due to the lack of quality craftsmanship when our home was first built 5 1/2 years ago. To ensure the work was done correctly we hired our own plumber, shower enclosure vendor and selected Flooring Direct for all of our tile needs. From the initial engagement with Hiro as we selected out tile up until the last contractor left our home after they completed the installation, our experience with Flooring Direct has been nothing less of stellar. Although my husband and I fully know what we want, we don't exactly know what kind of products to select to completely get "there." "The floors are beautiful. When picking out the flooring the owners patiently answered all many questions. Allowed me to take samples home. Once I decided on the flooring they came out and measured and provided me the cost. Workman were timely. Opened a box and verified that it was the right flooring. Walked through the house with me and had me verify how the floor was to be layed. I was told it would take approximately 4 to 5 days. They were done by the 4th day. Put the large pieces of furniture back and cleaned up. Loved the work, flooring and the people.
