"I scheduled Bob to come out to refinish three bathtubs in my home.  I was ready for him to do the work, but after assessing the tubs and scrubbing them down well he insisted that they did not need to be refinished.  As such, he did not do the work even though he could have easily just gone along with my initial request and made more money.  It is not often that you deal with people that could take advantage of you, yet choose not to do so and truly look out for the client and conduct themselves in an honest manner.  If I ever need his services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him again. <br />"
