"Fantastic results. Floor looks great. Installers took care with the install and all the related details including cleanup. Hubbard Flooring and Home a la Cart were both courteous, accommodating, and simply great to work with. Kevin their job foreman was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this company."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Builder’s Carpet and Design Center and we are very pleased with all of the work they performed and the products they installed in our home. Jonathan Markum was outstanding in helping us to select the best flooring and carpeting options for all of our rooms. He was super professional and extremely knowledge. Jonathan was also very patient with us through the entire process, answering any and all of our questions and always returning our calls quickly. If you need new carpeting or flooring for your home, go see Jonathan. Jose also did a great job refinishing our wood flooring."

"One guy was nice and easy to work with. They didn't take care to watch where they were stepping or where materials were going. I had to ask them at one point to put something down to protect  my carpets. I didn't think they did a good job with the grout. It was darker in some places and lighter in others. They messed up some of the quarter round in my bathroom as well."

"It went great.  We love the floors.  The workmanship was awesome.  It looks like it was part of the original request.  We couldn't be happier.

"Chris and his team did an excellent job installing hardwood floors throughout my single story home. They worked efficiently and carefully and were able to install our floors in one (long) day to minimize disruption to our daily lives. We had some complicated areas that required the wood planks to change directions and Chris was thoughtful about the pattern and layout. He ripped down some of the trim pieces so they didnâ t looks so bulky and fit better with the style of my home and prepared two. Ore short transition pieces to install once we remodel the bathrooms at a future date. On top of that and just importantly, the crew was courteous, clean and kind. There are no squeaks or soft spots in any areas of the home either. A wonderful install that our family is very pleased with."

"Fine Floors did entire down stair laminate floor, kitchen back splash and hooked after counter top work (done by other service provider) for me. I am quite happy with the result of the floor and back splash. Both Ash and Samy are very nice to work with."

"It was pretty good.  They came out, they had to replace something.  With a two year old system you don't really expect that, but they did the work okay."

"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"Called in the morning and had someone come out right away, the job was completed and I'm very pleased!"
