"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

He's not measuring and tapping the wood and all those kinds of things but I felt comfortable enough talking that he knew what he was doing. He doesn't put on as much of a show doing the estimating. He comes out and he's strictly business and go for the process."

"The house was already a chaotic mess because we were having the windows replaced at the same time. They showed up on time and had no issue working around the other installers. They were professional and had great personalities, easy to get along with. The flooring gave them some issues so the job took longer than expected, but they still charged the original quoted price. "We called to request Lone Star Solar Screens to come out and give us an estimate for screens for our whole home.  They were able to come out the next day to give us an estimate.  We called another provider we found on Angie's list but due to the many storms in our area the provider told us he "might" be able to come give an estimate the following week.  

Robert with Lone Star provided us an estimate broken down with prices for screens with the decorative grids and also without the grids.  He also offered to break the bid down showing the cost for only the front of the house and then back of the house in case we wanted to have the job done in phases.  

The bid was very competitive and the screens also come with a life time warranty.

Once we placed our order for the screens, we were told it would take 7 to 10 days for screens to be made then we would be called to set up installation date.  To our surprise we had our screens installed in less than a week for ordering them.  They look great, are easy to see through and make a big difference in the temperature of our den which faces west and one whole wall is windows.

"Mr. Barber showed up at the appointed time to look over the two areas the and quote.  Since it was a small job and we had the necessary ladder, he decided to complete the job at the same time.  He was very thorough, took great care with a large extension ladder and sealed up the holes so that the squirrel will never be coming in that way again.  Then he painted the patching and it is hardly noticeable from the ground.   Walter's price was very fair, less than what was previously quoted and he dd a very professional job.  I heartily recommend him and will use him again!
