"They came out to give me a quote, but it was more complicated than we had expected. The pro that came out fixed a 2-way outlet that we couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. He was fast and accommodating. We paid him on the spot. The only issue we had was that University Electric was supposed to call us with a quote on the original project but we didn't hear from them. All worked out as we decided not to do the "complicated" version of the project and were able to do the "simple version" ourselves."
