"The rainy weather earlier this May and June delayed the project. However, when the weather improved, Brian was able to start and complete the deck deck withing 5 days. Brian identified a problem on the first day with the lower deck where the decks boards placed so tightly together did not allow drainage. He had to do some remedial work to allow the drainage - an unexpected extra cost, but was needed. We were pleased with the end result and would definitely use him again."

The job site was cleaned up every nite and at job completion it looked like they were never even here...Nice! <br />As the wall was being completed I asked Dave if he could do something about the unlevel dinning room floor and the dusty unusable basement floor. Shortly, after we talked, the dinning room floor was level...Wow! Dave said he would come up with a plan to address the basement floor problem. Next day he explained the plan to us.
