"We met with the estimator/salesman Kevin who inspected the entire area, performed measurements and then reviewed the cost proposal in detail with us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the process in layman's terms so we had a good understanding of what was needed and why. We secured estimates from other contractors and we decided on Tri-State due to the overall cost, professionalism and good reviews/references. The crew worked over a two day period, keeping dust/mess to a minimum. All team members were professional and worked hard during the process. Clean up of the basement, staircase and outside area was excellent and additional instructions were given to us upon their departure. The results took about a week and a half. The results even identified the species bacteria and yeasts and included information on each."

"We had a leak in our basement that ended up being from our water softener, not from the outside, so we did not have Badger Basement perform services for us. However, they sent us a complimentary packet of information about water in the basement, and they were very nice to talk to on the phone. Ron called to confirm the appt. the night before, and arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem, and even though we did not end up needing their services, he gave me a lot of great advice, and even followed up with a phone call to talk about a few things he thought of on his drive home. I did show him a spot in the basement where did have a minor leak from the outside and he quickly gave me a rough estimate. It was a very small leak and it only happened once during an extremely heavy rain, so we will not be addressing it at this time. But I know I will be calling them if it ever needs to be addressed. "DRAIN TILE WORKS GREAT. THE CREW DID A GREAT JOB. BREAKING UP A FLOOR AND HAULING TONS OF CONCRETE AND GRAVEL IN AND OUT OF A BASEMENT IS DIRTY, DUSTY WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB TRYING TO KEEP THINGS AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP THE DUST COMPLETELY OUT, BUT I KNEW THAT GOING IN WITH THIS PROJECT."

"They were in the midst of another job when we called to say that we were unable to get water from our well.one of the Froemel boys came and checked our pump immediately to see if the pump needed replacing. That was okay, so he did a check on the piping and found that to be a problem. He came back the following Monday to try pulling the well. It refused to budge after a few hours of trying with his helper, so he came back the next day with a bigger rig and his father. That did the trick. We had the pipes and sandpoint replaced and have had no problems since. I recommend them to anyone in need of having a well worked on. <br />"
