"Pedro renovated about 80% of our 1890s 5-bedroom Victorian home. The work was uniformly excellent and completed on schedule, despite the interruptions caused by the early phases of the pandemic. Pedro is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he maintained excellent relationships with us, the architect, and his subcontractors. His estimate was reasonable as were the change orders. We were lucky to find him!"

"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Very pleased, very professional, high quality work! I can't say enough good things about Redman Const. My basement was bare concrete walls and they built an office & playroom (with bathroom) and put central air in the 1st floor.
Here are my takeaways from the experience:
- Their work was high quality
- I felt as though I was kept informed for every step of the project (and I am a bit of a micromanager lol)
- I was given the names and phone numbers of  workmen who were going to show up at my house.
- Jim (and all of his workmen) returned my texts promptly, EVEN on Sundays!!!!!!!!!
- When I met with the electrician (Kevin) he listened to all my concerns and exceeded my expectations.
- Every workman that showed up was Polite, Professional, Punctual and Cleaned up after themselves.
- Work was done when I was told it would be done.
- On the two occasions where workmen were not able to come, I was contacted the night before and told when the workmen would return.
I would not hesitate to recommend and rehire Redman Construction in the future.

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. "I decided to install a finished room to the unfinished space in my basement. I reached out to multiple contractors including Derek and James at Diorio. I asked for quotes to finish the space and received a detailed contract from Diorio, which included a timeline for completion. Diorio structured the contract with stages and payments once they completed the outlined work. Diorio managed the project including permitting and sub-contractors (for me electrical, plumbing and HVAC). They do not take payment for sub-contractors, instead I paid them directly. Eliminating any concerns of subs being paid. They also dealt with the building department, who were challenging to work with in my town. The staging went as planned. James and Derek did an excellent job managing the project and scheduling the subs. My house was built in the 1930's, so the basement presented some challenges, which Diorio handled without any issues. The finish work is excellent. I'm very pleased with the final results and would both recommend Diorio to family and friends and work with them again myself."

"I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing. I highly recommend QC for any remodeling work.  As a matter of fact, QC is remodeling the new home I just purchased and also putting in a two car garage for my new home now.  Be glad to tell you all about it later."
