"*************DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY************ Extremely Disappointing Continued Experience with Projo Fencing. I wish I could give Projo Fencing zero stars. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I signed a contract and paid my deposit they have been unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unreliable. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a long (88 days and counting), frustrating ordeal. Despite their promises, the company has failed to complete even the most basic tasks. Over the course of nearly 11 weeks, Projo has made a magnitude avoidable mistakes, including submitting incorrect Palm Beach County documents when I reside in the City of Boca, making me sign outdated permitting applications, taking over 6 weeks to get the fence drawings (and then they tried to blame me), and flat out failing to submit necessary paperwork to get our permit. Even after repeatedly providing them with everything they needed, they still couldn't get it right. Their communication has been abysmal, with delays in responding to critical issues and a complete lack of follow-through on their promises. Projo has wasted our time and caused unnecessary stress. My husband and I have had to step in and do much of the work ourselves, including obtaining HOA approval, providing a survey before signing the contract, securing easement agreements, calling comcast to get the box on the fence line moved over because Projo's engineering deparment couldnt figure out what needed to be done, and correcting their multiple paperwork errorsâ all tasks that should have been handled effortlessly by Projo. To add insult to injury, weâ ve been told our project was a priority, yet here we are, still without a fence and with no end in sight. Weâ ve been incredibly patient, but enough is enough. This has been a huge hold-up in completing the rest of the exterior of our home, and weâ re now dealing with issues like a failing pool enclosure and the safety of our four dogs. After trying everything to work with them for months nowâ correcting their mistakes, doing their work, and even calling the city on their behalfâ I finally asked for a refund of my deposit. After 78 days of nonsense, we still donâ t even have the permit (which, by the way, Projo only submitted as recently as August 1st, and when they did, they submitted it incorrectly, causing even more delays). To top it all off, after making these reviews, they offered to give me a partial refund. If youâ re considering using Projo Fencing, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This company has proven time and again that they are not capable of handling even the simplest projects. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable fencing company."

When I reached out to Quality Fencing LLC for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, stating that since it had been a year and there had been hurricanes, they could not help me. After several emails requesting at least an estimate for repairs, I received no response. I then contacted another fencing company for an evaluation, and they pointed out several flaws in the installation by Quality Fencing LLC. They noted that there was no cement added to anchor the doors properly, which contributed to the problems I was experiencing. Based on my experience, I would think twice before hiring Quality Fencing LLC. Do your research and consider other options. Itâ s not worth the hassle of dealing with subpar workmanship and poor customer service. You may end up needing to hire someone else to fix the issues they created."
