Tony found issues once he started the remodel & fixed them so the project was done correctly from the bottom up. I feel confident that I won’t have issues in the future with old plumbing & the security of that is at the top of my list. He even cleaned up during & after the remodel. Tony did great work & I won’t hesitate to call him for future projects. Very happy!"

"Aritas LLC, cancelled the first scheduled day due to some of his employees taking vacation and did not notify until after I called questioning if they were going to arrive that day. We rescheduled for the following week and they arrived on-time. Overall, the finished work was done as discussed and were thorough for adding caulking around the doors to prevent water from leaking inside the house. Jose also repaired the doors on two cabinets as well. He mentioned that if there are any future leaks inside the house that he would fix it at no additional cost."

"The work went well. It was very messy so I recommend anyone hiring this contractor to be prepared for just how messy this project can be. My floors, carpets and furniture were so covered in material leftover from sanding that it took us three days to clean. Everything was white as snow. Also, do not wet the sanding debris, make sure you dry wipe, sweep and vacuum before wiping things down with anything damp/wet. Again, can't stress enough that the final product was great, but the process is messy. Be prepared."
