Get matched with top traditional tile roofing installers and replacers in Mission Hills, CA

"I needed a small section of tiles on my roof replaced but all of the companies I spoke to said that they are old and don?t manufacture them anymore, so they would only offer new tile installment. California Building Professionals went the extra step and called boneyards until they found a match and installed it for me. They saved me a lot of money and time with the extra effort that they put in. Really appreciate all the help"

"Amir and his team did a great job with replacing our entire roof."

"I hired Specialist Roofing and Repair to install a new roof. I was a little worried because my roof has a very steep pitch. I could imagine how the guys would work on that roof, but in a few days they had the old roof off and a brand new one installed. I was very impressed with the work that they did. I recommend them to anyone that needs any roof work done. Thanks to all the guys at Specialist Roofing and Repair!"

"So grateful to Clearview Roofing and Kristine for helping my husband and I with our roofing project. We were definitely in need of a replacement especially with this random weather we’re having here in LA. She was very easy to contact and get ahold of, and more importantly was willing to help with any questions we had. Never once felt like a rushed phone call or any aggression. She was very professional and thorough with it all. I Highly recommend Clearview Roofing!"

"Hiring them for my flat roof replacement was a total win. They were so on the ball, always there when I needed them. And let me tell you, their crew? Top-notch. They didn't just replace my roof; they gave me peace of mind. Now, I've got a roof I can trust, thanks to you guys!"

"We have a historic home and there was additional care required to replace siding beneath the roofing material at the eaves. The team at Jordan roof completed the entire job in only 4 days, they fixed up our dormer which had shingles that had deteriorated, and repainted some of the shingles. Our home looks better than ever! Great responsiveness, fair pricing, and high quality work."

"I hired this contractor to remove and replace my 30-year-old tile roof with shingle roof. They explained the roofing process and gave me a pricing which is comparable to other quotes not cheap nor pricy, but it is their professional presentation that made me give the contract to them. Their staff are polite and skilled. They did marvelous job in getting the permit quick, removing existing tile, underlayment, damaged decking. They replaced the decking, install new vents and pipes, flashing, underlayment, shingles, seal and paint all pipes, vents and flashing. every day they cleaned the site and picked up nails from the driveway before leaving. They started the job and finished on time without any problems. I would recommend their services to anyone thinking of hiring roofing contractor."

"This company earned all my trust and admiration when they quickly and efficiently replaced my entire roof. I originally noticed a few leaks in the ceiling located in my bedroom as well as multiple areas of our dining room. My family and I had been going back and fourth with a few other companies in the area, however, they were unable to give us a satisfactory estimate that fit our needs. Universal Builders gave us a quote that fit our budget while also addressing all of our concerns. Once the inspections were done, they quickly got to work and we?re able to provide us with a brand new professionally installed roof. I would highly recommend hiring them as we were very pleased with their work!"

"I had quotes from three roofing companies, two of them offering only extensive replacement work that didn’t fit our needs. Why replace a couple whole sections of a 30-year old concrete tile roof now when there’s only a small patch of missing tiles on each? The rest of the roof is still going to be 30 years old anyway. The other company took nearly a month to get someone over here for a look, said they’d do the repair that I asked for, then took 12 more days to email a quote. I accepted that, asked about their schedule, and was told they’d get back to me. That’s where it ended. No more response. Then, I found Vision. Their business address is close. I stopped by to submit my request, and left. Ben Elbaz was already calling me back when I got just a few blocks down the street. He came to the house the same day. We also looked at our other house a few hundred feet away, where I had almost finished some work myself. Ben found a few more issues there that I wasn’t going to mention. I got a quote for the necessary damage repair, finish-up of my own uncompleted work, plus his roof “tuneup” on each house that would take care of whatever else needed attention. A bit more than I was seeking, more expense, but sensible as long as the tuneup was something worthwhile. Next morning, I texted Ben “let’s get started”. He brought a crew of two, who got it all done in one long day. I thought my uncompleted work had gone pretty well, but they evidently thought otherwise. They started over. Got rid of an unused chimney pipe flashing that I mistakenly thought I wanted 30 years ago, and closed up the useless hole with new ply sheathing and tile. Two upstairs bay windows have half-pyramid shaped tile roofing over them that didn’t turn out so well when the house was built, they’ve been ugly from the start. Unbelievably, these roofers fixed them up and they look pretty good now! I didn’t even ask them to do that. The tuneups were worth it, absolutely. And this good stuff all happened just Four days after I first contacted Vision Roofing. We’ll likely get a few more years out of our roofs, then call Vision Roofing again. Thanks, Ben!"

"Gary was the project manager for both my ADU and roof installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was organized, communicative, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Gary kept me updated on progress and handled any issues quickly. Both the ADU and roof look fantastic, and the work was completed on time and within budget. Highly recommend Gary and his team for any construction or roofing projects!"
