"It turns out not many companies service my type of dryer; Mr. Appliance does!  The tech basically found that the dryer was not draining due to foreign objects stuck inside and it had to be cleaned.  The tech was nice and the company accommodated me and my tenant and our schedules.  It went well."

"My gas log fireplace kept going out.  They came out and cleaned it and it lasted about 2 weeks.  They came back out a couple more times and each time replaced a part and adjusted the fir, finally getting it corrected.  All of this there was no extra charge, which I really appreciated.
