"Wonderful! Due to scheduling Justin wouldn't be able to send out a tech for a couple of weeks so he thought he could troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Two phone calls lasting about 20 minutes total and he was able to figure out it was a bad switch. I was able to do the necessary repair myself. Can't say enough about a person willing to do this pro bono vs setting up a service call. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Wow. I guess this was his Christmas present to me. They will be the first business I call if I have any additional problems with my fireplace."

"Service done promptly and courteous Serviceman knowledgeable about machine. Had phoned before coming asked for Model Number of machine and problem I was having with washing machine. Made sure that he had the parts to fix the machine and left with the machine fixed. I was impressed by that. Many service calls do not have the right parts to fix a problem. Repair was done quickly and a leg was placed under the machine to prevent it from "walking" which was not in the original problem Good P R for company I am in my seventies and have had many service calls.
