"Representative came to our house. Inspected and measured windows. He informed us of the various options. Very friendly and professional. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Half of the cost was expected at the time of the order. We had to wait over a month for the installation but were told that up front. Installation was done in that promised time frame. Day of installation, the worker explained what they would do and answered all questions. They were done in less than 2 hours which included a very good cleaning of the installation area and windows. I immediately noticed less noise and draft from the new windows. We were very pleased with the windows and the work."

"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. They kept the interior of the house clean and even worked around our child's naptimes. We are VERY happy with our new windows.
