From the beginning starting with a prompt reply and then a timely and accommodating appointment set-up by David to come out and give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and fair. An agreed upon day was scheduled and they (David & Angel) arrived right on-time as scheduled. The scope of the work they would do was explained first and then the work was done. The quality of their work was excellent. David was very friendly and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable on what needed to be done with my tile. Angel also was quite knowledgeable and knew what he was doing as well. They worked well together as a team. They consistently included me from start to finish informing me of every aspect of what they were doing and why. After they had finished we did a final inspection. A few days after the job there was some touch up that needed to be done. David without hesitation and as soon as possible scheduled an appointment to take care of this. He consulted with me first on what needed to be touched up. He completed the touch up work that needed to be done in a thorough and exceptional manner.
