"The inside of my house, which is four years old, was finished mostly during the winter months.  That meant the furnace was running while the drywall was being sanded and during other heavy interior construction.  Because of extreme ongoing dust issues, I suspected that a lot of drywall powder and other debris had wound up in the HVAC ducts. I was right -- Darrin and his partner vacuumed a huge volume of gunk from the ductwork, plus they cleaned the furnace itself.  (Troubling to think that those in the house had been breathing this stuff.)  You can literally smell the difference. <br /> As the other reviewers have noted, Darrin and his partner were absolutely professional and courteous in every respect.  He showed me was he was doing every step of the way, leaving me confident that no one could've done a better job.  It's important to mention that  his equipment was up to the task; it takes a lot of power and suction to reach all stretches of ductwork that goes completely across a  large ranch-style house.  Plus, most of it is drywalled over in a finished basement, and accessible only from the furnace room.  So he had to go a long way to reach some spots.  The smaller systems of some other companies simply couldn't have done the job.  These gentlemen have my strongest endorsement.  There's a reason for their perfect record of glowing reviews here. <br />"

"After researching several sites such as this in which customers evaluated their experiences with contractors performing work on the exterior of their houses, I called several of those who had received at least adequate reviews by the majority of those customers who took the time to write one. I met with and explained the project I wanted done to the frontman/salesman of six different companies. The project was the complete residing of my 32 year old two story house with Hardie brand fiber cement board, the removal of a wood shake single roof and gutters and the installation of a ridge vent and a premium impact resistant fiberglass shake look roof and bigger gutters, all of which had to satisfy the Homeowner's subdivision guidelines. Following the discussions and receiving bids from all the companies, I selected Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors as the individual and company that I wanted to do the project for me. I made the selection based on several factors. First, I felt extremely comfortable with Jim and his knowledge of how to achieve want I wanted and the design suggestions he made to make my project more pleasing (and therefore more acceptable ) to my wife and by default to me as well. Secondly, I took his supplied list of former projects and actually went out and looked at them and saw that they had the look that I was hoping for at my residence. Thirdly, he and his company were able to do both the siding and the roofing together while some of those I spoke to could do only one or the other. I knew that they both had to be integrated together to achieve the best result. And finally, he bid each of the jobs individually and the combined cost was well within the range I was prepared to spend. When the work began, it was initially sporadic because of the seemingly constant rain, but the workers were very personable and explained everything about what they were doing and the schedule they were following to get things done. Everything was sealed and weathered proofed at the end of each day in the event of rain during the night and the job site was cleaned each night as well. Jim made regular visits to the job to make sure the work was up to his standard and to entertain any questions or concerns I might have. The coordination between the siding crew and the roofing crew appeared seamless and both crews even worked some weekends to complete their portions of the project. I was pleased and proud of the quality work and the look of my house everyday that I walked around it after the workers left for the day (which sometimes was after dark). Now that the job is complete, I’m extremely satisfied with my project and receive compliments from the neighbors almost every day. Good job to Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors."

"They were very quick and responsive. Had a guy come out to do an estimate and gave us a quote fairly quikcly. We had 4 different vendors to look at our fireplace and they all recommended taking off the siding and re-insulating the firebox on the exterior wall to eliminate the draft problem.  They told me that they would know more once they had a look at the insulation and took a look at the back of the fireplace. So I agreed to to let Handyman Joes complete the work. The staff was very friend and professional."
