"The point man we talked to was George. We loved him! As much as 50% of the reason why we went with this provider was because we liked George so much. He is very friendly and easy to talk to grandfatherly figure. We really like him~~ <br /> We wanted a type of floor that matched the hardwood floor in our kitchen, but we didn't know what type of wood was used for the kitchen. (It was installed by the previous homeowner.) George came and looked at our floor, took back a couple of wood samples, and found a nice match! We originally wanted to recarpet the rest of our home, and George took measurements, we went to pick the carpet we liked, and he gave us an estimate. Even though we ultimately chose not to do the carpet, George provided us a very positive experience. <br /> We were out of town when the hardwood floor was actually installed. When we're home we see the final product. We think the floor is installed beautifully! There is no creaking noise, and the floor boards fit snugly together. (Our kitchen floor creaks, so we know how hardwood floors can be!) The difference between the dining room floor and the kitchen floor is hard to tell unless you take a really close look. We are impressed with the quality of the product, and the quality of installation. I think Stover's Carpet provides high-quality service. Their charge is not the lowest on the market (we've asked for estimates from competitors, so we know), but we think it's worth it if you have a nice floor installed beautifully, and if throughout the process you are interacting with a service person as nice as George =) We will go back to Stover's Carpet again if we do want to go ahead with the recarpeting some day. <br />"
