"We needed to replace our water main immediately before the holidays. Nick was excellent. Communication was prompt and clear. Work was done as bid and without issue. There was a minor delay due to equipment needed but Nick clearly communicated the issue and made sure it would not impact us. We will happily use again for future plumbing needs."

"This is the second time I hired them since they did a good job the first time when I had my deck replaced with pavers. The problem I have with them is that the workers do not know how to plant plants. several of the of plants died. I had to replant at least 5 plants. When I was replanting (one blew out of its hole on a windy day) I found that they only dug the holes just big enough for the plant to fit then plopped the plant in. They were very sickly looking until I replanted. Also, a friend of mine just recently used them to re-do pavers, she had her dogs come in stinking of poo. She then found a spot behind her shed where one of the workers pooped and left their wipes right there. They could have at least buried it or put it in a bag to put in the garbage. Needless to say it ended up being a job of cleaning 3 dogs and the mess itself."

"Brett volunteered his time to help our kids'  school.  Anyway, he came over to look at our property and instantly had some great ideas, thoughts and suggestions.  He is extremely nice, friendly, and down-to-earth.  He listened to our thoughts, spent time canvasing and mapping the property, and then thoughtfully processed them into a design that he thought might work for us, inviting us to his office to look and possibly change some of the design if we wanted.  We were highly impressed with his responsiveness, his desire to make a design that we liked, his genuine nature, his easy-to-work-with-attitude, and his overall professionalism.  We're kicking ourselves that we didn't find him sooner when we had another landscape project that we hired out,  but if we decide we need help with our landscaping project in the end, he'll be the one we call. "Company answered immediately when called; our water was off for the whole house due to a leak in a supply line inside a wall. We wanted it fixed as soon as possible, so we were quoted the emergency rates, and our job was scheduled for at or after 4:30PM the same day. Thirty minutes after the first call, we got a call back saying one of their technicians was on the way (3 hours ahead of schedule). When the plumber got to the house, he introduced himself and went straight to work. He quickly identified the problem was with a part accessible from outside the wall, replaced the problem part, helped troubleshoot a leak that started when the water was turned back on, and was done. We were not charged the emergency rate, and he apologized profusely that it had taken slightly over an hour so he had to charge for part of the second hour. That didn't bother us at all; cost was still much less than the minimum cost of an emergency call. The plumber was courteous, efficient, and excellent at communicating what he was doing and why. We will call this company with any future plumbing jobs we have. And hopefully they won't be emergencies!"

We started to have some drainage problems with the recent heavy rains, and Jason was there for us immediately to make the pond go away! We are always impressed with his work and knowledge about how to get to our goals. We are very excited to work with him on completing our outdoor patio this year. We have done approximately $30,000 in business with him over the past two years and we couldn't be happier about the price and MAJOR solutions he has given us.
