Out of 3 Contractors, Ian was the only one that actually responded, and communicated and followed thru. Outstanding and refreshing! Ian understood, my need for immediate repairs due to previous wind damage with impending weather and wind. He provided quick and precise quotes with prompt answers to any questions I had. He provided clear and concise quotes for other projects I asked him to address. He emailed a very user-friendly agreement to sign and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. His Crew was Professional and went right to work and wasted no time getting my repairs completed. They worked on my Barn the day before Thanksgiving and headed for Family in Texas once my repairs were completed. I appreciate them very much and hope they had a wonderful Thanksgiving! "After the wind storm I called several companies, Simon Roofing and Repair was the only company interested in a small repair. "I am in the process of selling my home, the buyers added a requirement to the inspection resolution that I enlist a specific contractor to perform some general repairs. I have not encountered a situation of this nature, and I decided to obtain a second opinion. I contacted Chris with Five Sons, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, going well above and beyond. Following a brief conversation this afternoon, he drove from the West side of Denver all the way over to my home, which is just off of E470 and Jewell, to provide me with peace of mind. He conducted the inspection and advised me that he agreed with the majority of the proposal the buyers had obtained, however turned down my offer for the work, stating that he preferred that I go with the buyers roofer, which should keep them happy and ensure I have a successful close on the house. "Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. Every evening they cleaned up the work site and kept the clutter to a minimum. Within a week the task was completely done and we are very glad that we waited."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
