"Wanted to add sunroom to home. Had asked around for years to find contractor I could trust due to problems building previous home and past experiences over the years. Finally contacted Bradley Construction due to numerous good reviews online. Owner, Terry Bradley and supervisor, David came over and evaluated project and gave price which was around what I wanted to invest. It was apparent to me Terry was extremely knowledgable of construction, codes, etc and I felt fairly confident from the start. Started the project shortly thereafter. David, the on site supervisor checked in frequently, every day at times involving me in all decisions and Terry made periodic inspections. They were pickier than I was. Denny who did large part of construction was absolutely, without a doubt the best carpenter I have ever encountered (I bought my first home in 1972 and have had numerous projects since). His work was superb. I also had them replace back door due to damage from the elements and found further damage which was repaired. I was so happy with this I had them replace the two windows from home to sunroom. I inquired about replacing front door which didn't open open and close the way I wanted but Denny just fixed that in short order and it works beautifully. I couldn't be happier with Bradley Construction. My only regret is that I didn't know about them before I purchased this home . I would have had them construct one for me."

"I am happy with the metal roof and the building of a porch roof over my deck. I found the men working, to be very courteous and checked with me to make sure the project was being completed to my satisfaction. Because the project was being done during two weeks of continues rain and cold weather they power washed all the mud from my deck, garage, driveway and left straw for me to lie down after I reseed the yard. I was happy to recommended MDI to a friend who needs a roof replaced. Thank you all."

"I would highly recommend Nick and his crew for a kitchen or bath remodel as well as any carpentry work. We originally hired Nick for a kitchen remodel which involved removing a wall, installing a beam and cabinets along with some plumbing and electrical work. We liked his work so much we had him tear out and build a shower in our master bath and install a small shower in our half bath. We were very impressed by his work and knowledge and when we asked for changes/or additions his pricing was fair and he tries to accommodate our wishes. It seems like he can do it all - electrical work, plumbing, tiling, build walls and doors, installing cabinets - and everything was done very well. We are very happy with everything he did, it exceeded our expectations."

"WOW! These guys absolutely SAVED my ceiling. HIGHLY RECOMEND. 10 STARS if I could. 40% of my living room ceiling had to be demoed due to a water leak. VM Drywall came to my house and provided a fair price for the work done, did a great job with the demo, sheetrock, tapping, mudding, sanding and final cleaning. My ceiling looks better now then when I bought my house. I will be using VM Drywall in the future and will recomend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much! Charlotte & Charlie."

"Mark and his sons were great to work with on our bathroom floor tile installation. Mark is easy to get ahold of and is quick to schedule. They were also amazing with my very curious 6 and 4 year old. The work was reasonably priced and finished beautifully. When we had a problem a month after the project, Mark was at our house in 30 minutes and it was repaired the same day. I found Triton Construction on HomeAdvisor and cannot recommend them enough!"

"A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."
