We found it surprisingly difficult – many contractors didn’t bother to return calls, quoted ridiculous prices, or required us to do additional services we didn’t want or need. It was a delight to meet Vanessa at Evangeline Construction. From the moment we met, she sized up our space, listened to our goals, and offered suggestions. The project cost and timeline were just as she quoted. Vanessa maintained communication with us throughout the process – she was friendly and responsive to questions, and kept us up-to-date about the plan. If something needed attention, she was on it. All the vendors she recommended were professional and courteous, hardworking, and cleaned up after their work was complete. Danny created a custom vanity and framed out a mirror for our space. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend Evangeline Construction for any remodeling needs."

"My husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget. They listened to our needs and customized aspects of the build to meet those needs. When problems came up, as they do in construction, they were honest in their explanations and devised plans to fix the situation. We have now lived in the house for several months and are very happy with the work. So happy, in fact, that we have contracted with them again, this time to remodel the outside of our house."

"We were very impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of Mario Ingianni and Tony DiRienzo. We had a tub to shower conversion completed in one day. Runners were placed on the floor leading to the ensuite bathroom and no trash was left behind. Their specific recommendations made our shower look like a luxury unit. They even asked us where we would like the grab bars and corner shelves located, even framing around a window the back panel came up against. It was an amazing experience. I would request Mario and Tony again for our other bathroom remodel. Not to be overlooked is Bobby Olesen our Design Consultant. He was very patient and detailed in explaining our options and estimate."

He has helped my family with repairing older beach homes for the last three years. We have hired Carson to do a lot of jobs. He has completed all of them in a timely manner, using salt water resistant materials that will stand the test of time, and the end product demonstrates excellent craftsmanship. As for specifics of this job, he built beautiful shiplap in our den, repaired our deck, replaced a rotten support beam with plumbing and electrical running through it, and painted our porch and deck.
