"He tried to see if the water heater could be repaired, but it was too damaged from rust. He replaced it with a new one with a six year warranty. He protected the floor with plastic from possible leaks before he removed it and was careful to clean everything up before he left. He also made sure it was working before he left. He was very nice."

"Jason and Tabbie from Limric did an excellent job removing and replacing the water heater. They were super easy to work with and explained what they would do in a good way. They stayed to ensure the air was out of the system and water was running hot. They cleaned up everything, including the disposal of the old tank. The expansion tank was installed with a brass fitting to provide better stability. I would hire Jason and Tabbie any day to do this work. The price that Kenny / Limric quoted came with a $300 discount which really helped. Once the price was agreed on, Limric was able to schedule the install that same afternoon."

"It went extremely well and I’m very happy with the work. Jay did a waterline re-pipe of my home and my water pressure has never been better. Extremely happy with the customer service and the communication with each step along the way. I have referred to friends and family."

"This was a difficult job with a lot of unknowns for a 70 year old house. What started as a clogged toilet/bath turned into replacement pipes and pumping out and filling in old, old septic tanks that have not been used for over 40 years. I was kept informed every step of the way. Each process fully explained, including costs involved. Very personable, neat and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I plan on using them in the very near future."

"Greg was incredibly responsive to our initial request & all of our questions. Prior reviews of his work on Angie's List + direct conversations with recent customers provided outstanding references, so going with Crawl Space Doctor was an easy decision. Greg provided the most complete approach to solving our moisture and fungus problem. His approach toward a sump pump over a dehumidifier was counter to the recommendations from 2 other bidders but research on my part indicated he was correct in not taking the typical (yet unnecessary) approach.
Greg kept us informed of the project schedule every day, he checked in on his crew regularly, and we can't say enough good things about the work that his crew did on our formerly gross and unhealthy crawl space. They were prompt, neat, amazingly quiet for the amount of remediation they did and cleaned up the work site each day and upon departure. Our crawl space is clean enough to eat dinner down there and now suitable for storing some things I would never consider placing in our attic because of the intense heat up there in the summer months.
Great job, quality work, competitive pricing, excellent communication, & outstanding follow-up. In general, crawl space work is expensive, so go with the best - Crawl Space Doctor is highly recommended by us!

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
