".Jay and his associate of Davis & son were friendly, assuring and I was immediately made to feel comfortable with their willingness to work on the tankless water heater. In the past when I had contacted some of the other local plumbers, I had received negative attitudes toward the tankless and an unwillingness to do the troubleshooting required. <br /> Jay did a series of troubleshooting maneuvers while his partner was on hold with Bosch, the manufacturer of the water heater for more than 45 minutes. Jay had isolated the problem when Bosch finally came on the call and walked them through some additional tests to validate what the problem was. And sure enough, Bosch came up with the same resolution.  <br /> They then ordered the required part from Bosch and when it arrived, they contacted me to come out and install it. <br /> I truly love my tankless because it is efficient and does not heat while it is not being used, so I am very grateful to the team at Davis & Son for being willing to take on the job even though they were not very familiar with the appliance, and then for getting the job done. <br /> They were on time both times and were efficient and as quick as possible in resolving the issue. The installation of the part took very little time. <br /> I would recommend Davids & Son and will certainly use them for my upcoming remodel of a bath. <br />"

"Mr Arnold showed up on time and very professional, gave me a free estimate, and then since i needed it asap, he went to home depot and purchased the heater, and all the supplies. He returned and removed the old  heater, and installed the new one and all accessories, this took him about 2 hrs to do. Mr Arnold was very kind and cleaned any mess he had made and took all the materials with him when he left. I had called him and he was very flexible with my work schedule and the emergency i was in as well. <br />"
