They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Shane and Stephanie are top-notch professonials.  The job took 1 1/2 days. His crew arrived early, was very curteous, worked steady and did not use any profanity.

-installed the GAF Timberline architectural lifetime shingles.
-put starter strips on the eaves and rakes rather than just cutting regular shingle strips. 
-put 6 nails in each shingle strip.
-put 3 ft. wide leak barriers in the valleys which provides 100% waterproofing.  
-put large tarps over flower beds and the deck so that the old shingles would not damage anything.     
-at the end of the day, neatly stacked the heavy materials to one side of our driveway and bulky items such as ladders were stacked behind the house.  Which was fine with us; this did not pose any problems. 
-ran the nail magnet each day.
-painted the turbines and stand pipes to match the shingles.
-answered any questions in a very professional manner.  At the end of each day the crew thoroughly cleaned up everything, swept up the cinders and used a blower to make sure they got all the cinders.
