"The job was actually two separate incidents within the same month. First I went to their store looking for an inexpensive but quality carpeting for my basement stairs. Max, one of the sales reps, was very helpful and directed me to a large number of carpet remnants rolls where I found the perfect multicolored Berber which was just what I wanted. The installer and his assistant showed up on time and did a great job, finishing very quickly. The stairs looked so good I decided to push up my plans on replacing the carpet in my den/TV room. This is the only room in my house that is not over a basement, just a crawl space, making the floor persistently cold in the winter. Max was once again very helpful in finding just what I was looking for. The installer was the same gentleman who came for the stairs but this time had no assistant with him.
